Corned Beef Hash Sliders

Ingredients:
  • 1 pack of slider buns
  • 12 quail eggs*
  • 6 frozen hash brown patties, cut in half**
  • 4 oz Irish white cheddar, sliced
For the Corned Beef Burgers:
  • 1 lb leftover corned beef, finely shredded or diced
  • ⅔ lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
For the Guinness Caramelized Onions:
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 bottle Guinness
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 medium-sized onion, sliced
For the Horseradish Spread:
  • ¼ cup prepared horseradish
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
